Most of my pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, but I always recommend handling handmade ceramics with care. Please check individual product descriptions for specific care instructions to ensure longevity and performance.

I don’t offer international shipping by default just yet — but if you have a custom pottery commission or an order over £100, feel free to reach out! I’m happy to look at international requests on a case-by-case basis.

I offer a 14-day return window on all non-custom items. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it for a refund—just make sure it’s unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
